THE BEGINNING OF THE END

THE END OF THE BEGINNING
20101028
i have complied with the directions of the apex court in WP ( c ) no 187 of 2009; a writ petition and an appeal in the concerned high court - just going through the steps. the formality is finished and now i can revert back to the apex court.
Mark it - this is not an appeal from what had gone on in the kerala high court. This is an issue that must be decided by the apex court and the constitution guarantees the right to move the supreme court on such matters to every citizen of this country irrespective of what the other courts have said or done on the matter.
Way back in the sixtees one of the books I was given for “free” by my alma mater was a copy of the constitution of india with comments and criticism. ( How thought full! It was worth it, all that walking eight to ten kilometers per day and the lunch box that I was forced to carry along, the fall in the river “Seine” and everything else. ) I never read the book then for I wanted to be a strictly scientific person and consciously ignored other subjects. a copy of the constitution of india is available in pdf form free on the net. Down load one; you might require it - that is if you have got a thinking faculty and guts to stand by your guns - fire away from both barrels.
essentially i will be approaching the supreme court of india with an identical petition to what i have made in 2009 - of course i will have to brush it up a bit here and there.
below is the first page and in there, there is only one change - a third respondent has been added - i am closing in on the target. could be this time i might prove myself lucky - there could be another gopala reddy!
going to come up on this page is the new writ petition in instalments as and when it is getting ready. The momentum is going to pick up fast, now that i am on the job.
and Following is page one of the
