INCOMMUNICADO
for all practical purposes i am in-communicado now; my telephone line, the only way of communication with the outside world has been cut off since 25th of february 2010. The claim is that the line is faulty . it could be; but I can assure you it is a man-made fault.
there has been no effort to restore the connection till date and I can with certainty say that I will be without a telephone connection ( and that means without an internet connection) for some time to come; that is if I do not make alternate arrangements – I am on the job but the alternatives are rather costly.
By the way, the actual reason for the sudden disruption could be some thing else – I have taken the fight to the enemy camp; yes, ernakulam.
And I am off my crutches, though I do carry them with me as a standby. I have a limp and there is a bit of pain. I am afraid there is some sort of mechanical derangement and it was not that simple a fracture. I could have got a check x-ray. But I think that can wait for I have more urgent things to attend to.
at the moment i am at an internet kiosk in the medical collge area. i dont like doing my personal work from a public place but wanted to let know the wide world about my present situation and wont be on the net till times change.
