what follows below is an exact replica of what is in the previous page. once i finish this blog when i try to edit that also does not allow me to do anything - editor comes up as blank. so i am trying to add stuff first at the beginning and end of this page and then paste whatever i have said on the previous blog.

few days back i had placed a letter of mine on google docs and had provided links to it on my blogs. today i just tried out the links and it is not working. google says there is a bug and they are trying to repair it.
am i surprised ?
not at all;
i was aware of this possibility and that is why i checked up the links tonight.
and as usual every eventuality has been catered for.
if plan a is not working there is plan b and c and so on.
and in case of one doc disappearing there is a back up on the net itself. i had published the document on the web and that link is working right at the moment. so i am providing below a provision for accessing the above html doc directly.
